 Breathwork is one of the most powerful forms of healing and can be the catalyst to deep transformation. Continuous, conscious breathe can unlock thoughts, emotions, memories, physical ailments, and even trauma from the conscious and subconscious realms. Offering presence and a space to open and hold them with acceptance can integrate these pieces of ourselves and bring about healing. We will tap into the wisdom of the body and allow for emotional release. All emotions, including big emotions are welcome and may come up during this practice, it can be quite cathartic. Experiences of connection, bliss and oneness are also common when utilizing this technique. Each breath session is unique and can help keep us clear, focused and connected. Join Kelli Joy  & abriellareads and see what this simple but powerful practice can do for the soul. Your breath is the medicine! We will begin with an opening circle, then breathe  together for about 1 hour, ending with a sound meditation and group Reiki.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get parked & settled in to be present for the opening circle. Bring a water bottle, cushion to sit on, and yoga mat or blanket to lay on. It's best not to eat an hour before session.
